Monday 11/17/2025. 5:04 AM on route 541 Mt Holly Rd Burlington,NJ , a Frito Lays tractor trailer driver tried to run me OFF THE ROAD!
Only number identifying I saw was on the 53 trailer door in the back, it read D19586 or so, of course, there is a possibility I might have one digit wrong. Obviously, I was trying to keep control of my cargo van. I was very scared at the moment..Frito Lay has to take action, take this driver off the road before causing a disgrace. He laid on the air horn trying to intimidate at the time.
I was trying to get on 295 North, coming from Burlington city. Please do your due diligence investigate. Im available in case you need to find out more details. Give me a call.

My name is Kelvin Thomas and I have filed a complaint on your company. I have opened a bag of Doritos ( Spicy Nachos ) on April 10, 2025 at approximately 11:35 a.m. which had two different chips inside. Mr.
Steven, I stopped eating these chips due to my health. I do not know what happened doing the process of this bag of chips being made. Mr. Steven, something is not right.
I dont wont to sue but I will like for us to come up with an agreement and an amount for my well being. Mr. Steven, here is several pictures of the bag of chip and chips of different sizes.
Mr. Steven, I bought this bag of chip from ( Dollar General ) located in Searcy, Arkansas.

I have spoken to Mrs. Lanae, the Product Specialist at Pepsi Foods in North America several times.
On April 22, 2025, Mrs. Lanae called me with the results from the bag of Doritos that I had sent to be examined. The results were negative from her team of experts. I was not there to see the process in person, but I was given the results from her over the phone.
The results were non-metallic (no metal), with bacteria or viruses found on any of those chips. Mrs. Lanae only offered me an apology and a complimentary package deal. Mrs.
Lanae, the Product Specialist at Pepsi, couldn't give me what I asked for.
This was for my well-being, and Mrs. Lanae could not offer me that.

Truck driver stopped coming to our store.

I own a convenience store in Toledo Ohio. We had a driver come fill the store with products, he stopped out of no where and said I need to order online!
Our orders are around 600$ weekly, and cant do that online! I would like a new representative to come to our store to purchase Frito lay products .

Bought the scoops and all were curled in. No scooping ability.
Try to reach your hand in the bag to grab something to hit your dip with, at that point you look at the inside and realize all of them are waycurled in with no scooping ability. Dang, name brand and it sucked.

I called to see WHY bioengineered was taken off your ingredients. The Agent had no clue about bioengineered ingredients which made my call useless.
Bioengineered ingredients WAS listed on Fritos regular, fritos scoops, etc and now it's off. I want to know why. I also want to know if Fritos has taken it off their label because of decrease in sales? If Fritos is still adding bioengineered ingredients it has to list it.
Most ALL Corn in the United States is biologically engineered. So, what's the scoop here?

When I first opened my bag, there were a few chips that were big, normal size. Then I started finding broken chips.
If I had bought this bag to eat with dips, I couldn't have used it.
This is not the first time this has happened, but it gets annoying after a while. When you buy chips you like to have full, not broken chips.

Why are you still complaining about a resolved issue? Did you think your complaint was going to result in a financial windfall?!
You didn’t post that there were any damages. The analysis came back negative.
They replaced the bag you purchased. What you want doesn’t matter at this point. And btw, you were never going to be present for any “process” of analyzing the chips were you?
That’s only a talking point afterward because your self-admitted non-damage incident resulted in no findings. Do better.
Let me guess, you live in your mom's basement and don't have much of a life. What kind of "man" would be on about a snack chip? IF you don't like them, don't buy them and move on with your (LOL) life.
